Was driving the savage 25 I bought second for the first time yesterday and when you brake they apply very hard causing the truck to flip, I adjusted the thumb wheel on the end of the brake bar and that no difference, the only other thing the brake bar has on it is fuel tube when the spring would normally be behind the thumb wheel, can I adjust the brakes down where the discs are to reduce the force or is there any other way to reduce force

Aside from what nut has already said, that an aftermarket TX would have adjustments for that, there is only one other adjustment. You need to cut the fuel tube appropriately so that when the servo throws it is only able to tug on that lever with the correct amount of force.
