Okay I had a set of RPM arms before and had a issue with the fact that one came out of the package broken and swore I would never use them again but I got to thinking about them again today.

The shock mounting design they use from the old 25 arms would solve my shock mounting issues with the Blue groove stuff I have.

I can get them in blue. 🙂

I am perty sure that I can drill them to accept my sway bars and mud guards in the back.

Just wanted to get you guy's oppinions on them.

How heavy are they compared to stock x arms and are they really stronger than the stock arms.

If I do get them should I get a back up set of left and right one's?

They are quite a bit lighter than the Stock X arms and just as strong or stronger. They also have a complete warranty and will replace them at the cost of shipping.

I had RPM arms on my Maxx back when I had it. Never had a problem with them. They are much lighter and stronger than the stock ones. I have thought about them in the past, but with the suspension kit it would not be worth the money for them.

RPM Arms

They are an awesome product we used them placing second in a Monster Truck off road race at Rodslingers in Ga. We fell back from a pivot ball popping out from hitting a bridge post, but I was able to screw it back in in a bout 20 seconds and sent it out to lock in second. They do how ever get soft in the summer heat which changes the way the bumps are transferred to the shocks. The company is awesome and stands by their stuff hands down. Heck we use their servo posts in our HPI MT2 Brushless Conversion Kit.
