?? relocating rx

Hey, I'm in the process of relocating my rx on my midtank build. i just purchased the futaba 2.4g tx/rx... and would like to move the rx... from off the side of my xl ....to the back of the xl, with my battery box, i'd like to locate the rx,, on the inside of the bulkhead. rite under the body mounts. since the xl has extended room there. question is, when i mount the rx there,,will i have issue's with heat on the rx, since it will be fairly close to the mainifold. the rx will be mounted in a rpm battery box, but still will be close.. thanks in advance

I know some people here have done that same thing, and I was also wondering if they ever had any issues from the heat. I don't really care for the box on the side of the TVP's, I'd rather have it on the rear tower.
