Recommended alr filters, and mounting question

Hi,

I am installing a N20 injector. when I pulled my stock filter off and cleaned it this time I noticed sand (I live in south FL, everything is sand, sucks) got pretty far into the filter cause the edge of the filter got pushed up, close call. also you wouldnt belive the sand in the bottom of the cleaning container I cleaned them, I had to end up washing them in soap and water to get all the sand out.
I was looking at filters and reading, I see some swear by the motor saver brand, it looks good to me but when I look at the savage one, well in the pic cit looks like a stock one, doesnt have the screen around it.

I was wanting one that looks like this to help keep the sand out.

Does anyone know if they make one like this with the outer screen for the savage?


Next question, I would like to mount the N20 injection under the roll bar but the filter is in the way. do you think it would be better to run a longer tube and put the filter up frnt,(I don't like that idea so much, or something like this

is there any problem with having the filter like this? any problems it would cause?
