In the process of changing rear diff oil to 30k. Got all the screws out except the last one which I ended up stripping. Why is it so hard to remove those screws? Did anyone ever strip one of these screws?

I was close once. I just got a different screwdriver that was a bit bigger so it would fit better. don't know why they're so hard to remove but I agree, they are pain!

heat the diff up with heat gun or blow dryer it helps break the loctite down .. they are so hard to get out cause they have loctite on them and are so long n fine threaded so alot of surface contact to be glued with loctite... and remember when puting it back together to use blie loctite... with out it ..itll work the screws loose n out and can snap the heads off or get snaged ,,, kill the gears .....
