rear end issues

the rear end is really tight feeling on my xl. I'm gonna tear it all down this weekend and check it out again i had to replace the ring and piñon on it..and thats when i noticed it. i run 60k wt silicone diff oil in it and i don't believe i over filled it but I'm gonna check that also.. anyone have any other ideas to throw out there??

also the long se screw that holds the shaft to the transmission came out thats when i noticed it was tight compared to the front so its not binding in the transmission
