Picked up the vinyl online, wasn't too much but I didn't want to spend $90 and not like it.

I will be doing all my trim pieces with it.....looks sweet IMO.

Alex, on my dodge this is the A pillar on the drivers side. I will be doing ALL of the trim pieces (that I can do, the backs might be hard bc of all the curves and it is one HUGE piece). My plans is to also get black headliner, black carpet, get my seats redone (They have holes in them...) and then to get the truck painted black and then make it 4wd...but that is in the far future.

looks sweet parker, should stand out real nice against your black headliner & other upholstery upgrades.

how'd you get it on around the corners with no wrinkles?

Freddy, I use my heat gun. Layed it on and when I got to the corners and suck I heated it up, makes it VERY flexible and easy to do the corners. The first one I did without heating it up didn't come out good at all, I ended up cutting it right at the corner so I will be redoing that one now that I know heat is your friend when doing corners.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Picked up some more vinyl from a local shop, instead of buying an entire 4x5 sheet, I bought a ton of scraps, which is was probably more than a 4x5 sheet, all for $40.

Here is what I did today...I removed the vinyl from the other piece since it looked different, different company so the color was off a bit.

On the body ? lol ummm OK ?

It is looking way cool. do the door panels/dash too!

I am talking about an R/C body....

I have plans to do the dash also, just not sure how to attack that one....Panels are on the list also.

So I got another strip done today, don't have any pictures of it but I did put the 3 pieces above put back in.

The strips above the doors is next....that is why it looks awkward right now. I did one of them today, just have to take the other one off and do it then mount it all back up.

that looks great, would look really nice in my blk bronco, would you be t'ed if i try this out.

Go for it geronimo.

Few tips for you.......Use a heat gun or hair dryer and when you are going around corners make slits about every inch or so.

Also when you trim around it, leave about an extra inch or two so you can wrap it around to the back side.
