I bought my SureCharge 2000 a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. Fast forward to last weekend when I was trying to charge one of my stick packs and kept getting an error code. I called customer service Monday afternoon and talked to a VERY pleasant person. I explained that I didn't have my receipt, etc. He said it wasn't a problem, send it in & they'll take a look at it. I ran up to the post office so it would go out in Monday's mail. When Saturday's mail came, there was a package from Racer's Edge waiting for me. Inside was a NEW charger! If you're given the chance, show these guys some love!
