Question is there a easy way to repair a tire

Hi, there I'm looking for some advice recntly got me self a savage and on me maiden voyage i manged to slice my tyre is there an easy way to fix?

Also jus brought a another set of whells for my car and want to spray them to mach me shell some one told me to get the tyre off put them in the oven (not cook them) for a short while but ive been reading on he site some of you suggest hot water and a scapel.

i boiled them and just pulled on the bead and just kept working it till the tire came off. welcome to hpisf

I have never taken a tire back off the wheel but have heard that hot water is the trick.

As far as spraying them most spray paint will chip off quickly. You may be able to get them very clean then scuff and get it to stick for a while. But you can also dye them to color you want so long as there light colored.

first off welcome to the forum!! and as far as getting tires off i've heard boling them is the best method as well...

welcome to the forum . as far as i know there is no way to repair a tire. i have tried

I use the boil method to take off my tires from rims no knife necessary if it does not peel off easy back to the water or oven for more time don't rip them off or cut them.

As far a repairing a cut tire if the cut is small get a bicycle patch kit and patch the inside on the cut. ruff the inside around the patch well. If its big forget about it. It will also add slight tire shake at speed. I also don't and wont say it will hold indefinitely...
