pull start

whats goin on yall. I just came home from a deployment aND i got my truck back yesterday. its a savage 21. so i go to pull the pull starter and i hear nothin. the cord comes out and all but i hear nothin from the engine tryin to turn over. can sumbody help I'm ready to bash again

nugmt welcome to hpisf. your problem probably lies in the one way bearing that is under the pull start. remove the pullstart and you will see the hexnut shaped one way remove it and give it a good cleaning with some wd 40 and see if that helps
