problem with first build...

hi guys! i have a little problem with my first build, and i have a few questions..

1-first when my car is off and i just push roll it, its not smooth and the spur will not turn??

2-i tightend the clust pretty well when i was putting it together... when i come to to turn it to see if the shoes are engagin it turn but its not like turning a wheel its pretty stiff... did i over tighten it??

I'm really confused and hope i didnt screw anything up, anyways any help would be appreciated ..

on the spur make sure you slipper isnt to tight and check your gear mesh with cb and spur isnt to tight and you don't want to to over tighten the screw on the cb you want some movment.
