problem of electric conversion with 3 speed tranny

Hi all,

Converted my 5.9 savage to brushless with Kershaw v3 conversion kit. Keep the 3 speed tranny and ran it like 2-3 times. Then suddenly the tranny seems lost the power. Motor is fine and not a single spur/pinion or gears in the tranny is stripped. But whenever I hit the throttle, the motor, pinion and spur is running as intended, but the power lost within the tranny.

Not sure what happened. Any nitro owner experienced this before?

First, I will voice my opinion again that the 3-speed has no place in an electric savage.

Is your slipper clutch tightened down and the pad in good condition? Perhaps the one-way-bearing in the transmission is damaged? Lost drive cup screws?
