Hey folks I wish I could say I made it but i didn't. I found these pics on another forum and had to share them with you. It is awesome though isn't it?
 
thats the dogs danglies!!! not many shells will fit over it tho will they??
 
It's not supposed to have a body over it. Look how the roll cage attaches.
 
LOL sorry mate, never noticed that bit!!! how is there a shell in the bottom pics then??
 
That cage looks sweet. if Bama can find the link i would like to look in to one. the body on the last pic looks like it is a sprint car type body (not a full shell)

No clue I have been looking for more pics and info on this cage. So far..............nothing!
 
Oh, I must have messed up the links when I organized my PhotoBucket folders a long time ago. If I find the pics I'll post them up.
 
FX, where did you find the pics? do you have a link? If so please post or PM me, I will try to find out where this cage came from, I like it alot, I think it is the best Ive seen, and I have seen a lot, Ive been searching and searching with no luck.

It looks like there are 2 different ones in the pics, the cage byitself is red and the one under the body looks black.

Thank you for the pictures sir. I like that cage and would have to say it was homemade guys. I don't see that kinda craftsmanship being sold, reffering to the holes in the welds. I am with you guys in saying that thing rocks, give me some time and I will try to duplicate it.
 
I was thinking the same thing, homade. But there are 2 different, red and black. guess the same person could have made both, but I hope not. I really like it. I hardly ever run a body, with this you can still mess with the needles and pipe (if you have a Buku).
 
ya that thing looks awsome!!! i've been contemplating buying a roll cage for my savage x, was looking at the ones at rc solutions.com they have to be the strongest ones i've seen yet but are alot "bulkier" then the one you posted here so would add more weight!! and that one looks strong but not as huge as some roll cages
 
I like the setup on that 3rd pic. It has a rock crawler look to it which would be totally awesome for a basher. If that can be reproduced "the 3rd picture setup that is", money would be flying. :jamout:
 
I haven't seen anything close. I did see a nice Delrin one on a Savage on ebay for sale.
