whats up guys figured it would be a nice idea to have a thread where everyone can post the very first lid they painted in one area,,, the good the bad the ugly it dnt matter .. lets see them paint jobs guys .. my first one i thought was so sweet .. still kinda like it but ..idk..lol.. ill start by showing a few pics of the first one i done ..

thx hop that was the first savy body i ever done and it was just color change backed with black..it changes alll kinds of colors ...lol

Bodies 1 through 6. All rattle can and masking tape. The yellow/black/red I used some thin masking tape.

I messed up and meant to make the center part of the hood black... oops.

What do you guys back you chrome paint with?

I just make sure to get the chrome on there in several fine coats so its nice and heavy and then back it in black to protect it. Another i did with chrome:
