PIPE or paper wieght

Anyone have suggestions on how to clearout a pipes pressure outlet without hacking it? Ive already tried fuel, nitro cleanner, and compressed air. Either something is lodged in there or there's a welded obstruction. This sux..

try a piece of rod from the lhs and see if you can push it out. If that doesn't work. Paper weight.
