Hey guys, I put my picco .28 back on my savage and was wondering what is a good pipe for this motor. It’s been a long time and things have totally changed these days. I currently have it mated to the polished hpi pipe which is decent but wasn’t for this motor. What’s available now is my question

I run a ercm pipe, they are a bit pricey but well worth the investment. 20180312_171410.jpg

I have these markings on the motor and I’m positive this is a picco. Picked it up from someone and it runs awesome! Truck wheelies all day long. It says P3 on one side and .28 on the other. Top of the head has been smoothed out so these are the only markings I have.

Looks like a picco, also looks like they shave some of the cooling fins off the head to.

That’s exactly what I figured too. The heat sink looks shorter than an average picco 28. Btw that’s a super nice savage you have there! Nice pipe too but man are they pricey!

Thank you, I also have an ofna 086 pipe/ header combo as well i would sell. They are a good upgrade to. It's used and you can tell but it performs well. 20180225_105702.jpg

Mine runs great on the polished tuned hpi pipe but I know there’s more in this thing. I’ve been doing nitro for a very long time. What do you want for that pipe? I’ve heard that pipe works well with the picco motors
