ok so i took the picco out of the savage and stuck it in my new truggy for testing, now that its in my truggy it don't sound the same.
The idle use to drop quickly from a WOT now it kinda drops smooth and slowly no matter how i adjust my needles. I don't quite know if this is normal for a truggy or what but i tried my old hpi engine and it sounded the same.
