Picco .28 Engine revs up high at neutral before idling

It's been a while since I took my XL out for a joyride. Had so much fun the other day in the dirt. One thing I notice that after I did high speed runs, I let go off the throttle but it keeps revving up really high for about 5 seconds or so before idle. Is this normal for the XL? I have a Picco .28.

sounds like your hsn is a bit lean.

i don't think it's the hsn being too lean i think the lsn is too lean cause the lsn controls the idle
