I forgot to add this yesterday...
or is an external hex shaped OWB like this 12mm guy?

The hex OWB is pretty universal and easy to find while 15233 can be pricy by comparison if/when found.

Hi all, it is the bearing encased in the internal of the engine (as in picture above). I know a guy who can press the old bearings out and put a new one in but I am unsure what size the bearing actually is that is encased. Hope this makes sense.

Yeah, I gotcha.
That's a pretty universal part (easy to acquire) too.

If you have an old OWB in front of you, you should be able to find the aforementioned stock number on one of the edges.

I toyed with that thought, but I'm lazy and don't have the necessary equipment - nor know anyone who does.

no need for specialised equipment, you will only need a socket, a piece of wood and a hammer, took two tries, but got the bearing in this way and that sucker outlasted the engine
