hey all,

well its that time of year isn't it ... i've been given £40 of ModelSport Link vouchers, yay! I want to get some more hop ups for my 3.5 ... just to prevent any suggestions regarding things i've already upgraded these are the upgrades I've already done ...

aluminium diff cases
fail safe
1400m hump pack
blast wheels w/phaltline tyres

i'm considering either upgrading the steering servo or a better pipe, i'm definitely erring on the side of getting a new pipe tho ... thing is ModelSport can't get the pipe I want (buku) so any suggestions from the selection of pipes they do have:

I'm thinking about this pipe:

that still leaves me with £12 to spend too ... obviously i'm willing to put a bit of my own cash in too to get something worthwhile and i'm thinking that a mid chassis skid plate is a good idea ...

cheers ears!

The options are endless, all I can say is take your time and do your research. It can cost you a lot of money to build your truck to how you want it, so it pays to buy the right upgrades first time. Easy to say, I know, but in reality these things are always ongoing.

I have a buku, if I were you I think I would spend that money on something else and get a buku for a pipe, instead of buying one now then later deciding you want a buku later.

The buku is a great pipe.

TSAIS M25X tuned pipe & header set retails for 69.00 dollars. I got it off the shelf for 49.00 bucks. That made this pipe hard to pass up imo.

I ran it today before the snow came, it definitly is pulling harder than the tuned pipe I took off. sounds great, looks great and I am pleased with the purchase.
