So, I am sure if I looked long enough I could find the info I'm looking for, but this is easier, and up to date 🙂

Besides the blue groove dual offset, are there any other choices. I like the dual offset idea, but the more I think about it I would always be running them wide, so it really doesn't matter. I am looking for about a 1/2" offset wheel that will fit standard MT tires.

Surely somebody makes plain ole dish wheels with different offsets like 1/4 - 1/2 -3/4 etc?

Thanks!
Aaron

Proline, OFNA and several other's make 1/2" offsets. maximizer makes there beadlocks in 1/2" and 3/4" offset. There are also lots of other offset wheels by many other manufacturers.

Sweet! Ok the velocity wheels and ofna are what I was looking for I think. Couple questions though...

The ebay listing there, is that an old wheel that they don;t make anymore? I can;t find it on their website... I was wondering if it was 3.2" in order to run regular size MT tires on?

The ofna ones... which exact part number are you using? www.Ofna.com
Same thing, wondering what the diameter is.

When they same 1/2" offset they mean 1/2" negative offset from the centerline of the wheel right? If so, what is the factory HPI wheels' offset, is it 0? I am looking for them to stick out 1/2" more than stock.

Thanks!

Do they measure them like this:

And what is with all the different wheel sizes... 3.2" 3.7" 3.8" 4" Even if the diameter is right, how do you know the width is what you need? I want to use the hpi dirt bonz and maybe some proline MT badlands. I think these both use a 3.2" diameter wheel right?

here is a set of dirt bonz i mounted on the proline dish rims (in the e-bay link) with ofna yellow foams a couple weeks ago... perfect fit.

Wow, those look nice. So they look like they would stick out 1/2" further or so than stock hpi wheels?.. but I still don't know how they measure offset. Or if it is standardized across the board between manufacturers?

OK, so I think what the deal is, standard Hpi savage wheels are .5" offset, but seems most consider this 0. the prolines you have are actually 0" offset (or -.5" from stock), but most consider this .5" offset? I took this from another forum, really old thread, from apparently a guy who knows what he was talking about? (looks like he did anyway).

So I think what I want is pro-line 2692-03, same as your 2692-04, but black (ending with 02 is yellow, 03 isblack, 04 is white). I don't think these are made anymore though, I can't find them anywhere.

Maybe the ofna's will be cool once bankrupter gets back with a part number or link, if not I'll go velocity whites, they are still all over ebay.

Nice Mikey! that is what I was looking for. They look like they may be more than 1/2" wider than stock, but still very nice. You don't happen to know how much wider than stock do you?
