Not idling right

I have had an arse of a time with my x4.6 it wouldn't start for ages but I finally got it to start ,got it to a steady idle and after 2 minutes it starts juddering like its hunting for fuel but nothing I do seems to help I've richened the low end and the high end to the point where it is spitting fuel please help me

first off it is not supposed to idle for a long period of time... as long as it idles a bit thats all you need..... the reason it starts acting up is because it cant burn all the fuel at idle and it loads up.....
