Soooo... first time using it, just stopped working after a few minutes. Fully charged battery wouldn’t help. Uh, any ideas?
 
They can be overheated and burn up brushes. They use a cheap brushed motor like you would find in a walmart rc car. They don't take much abuse. Chuck your start shaft in a good high speed cordless drill and never lool back.

Why why why would they build it so cheaply!!? That is the buggiest waste of $30 I’ve ever spent! Grrrrr!! Looks like I’m now investing in a good 18+v drill. ‍♂️

I’d rather pull start than deal with these cheap starters.
 
That's what I use is my drill due to my battery went bad for my Roto start and I wasn't buying a new one when I had a drill that could do the same thing.
