Yeah i agree.. I just asked because i have one. Bought it when i was young. Any how. I'm looking to get xl 5.9. should i buy the curent model or wait for the 5.9 V2?

This will indeed be the deciding factor. We are not likely to see the V2 XL until next year. There are alot of proposed updated kits in the queue and they have been slowly trickling out since HPI got bought by Ripmax.

If you want to build the savage you are stuck with the X-SS 4.6 KIT version.
And order the XL tvp's and some other parts to make it an XL..
