newish to nitro and just got a savage of some kind help please

Hi all new to the forum so just like to say hi to everyone. I have just bort what i was told is a savage x 4.6 but I'm not convinced. i have took some photos and hoped you could advise what it is. Got nearly enough parts to build another truck minus the engine. Had it running breifly the mixture is not right as wanting to stall all the time and managed to break the pull start so ordered a new one

What you have is most likely a Savage SS with a K4.6 engine.

If I were you I'd start from stock settings and retune. Otherwise you will likely be chasing your tail with the tuning.
