i think you will need to flip the carb. vise versa (left to right , right to left) to connect the throttle linkage

I took the cooling head off and the back plate off. Should i take the crank off also ??

If your not comfortable tearing it all the way down, don't.

no sense taking a chance in damaging the piston, sleeve or rod if your
not skilled at this process you could damage the soft metal parts.

just visually inspect it threw back plate opening. If you see any shavings rinse it out with fuel.

You have the warranty to fall back on. if you damage it taking it apart, you`ll loose the warranty.

Good sound advice here.

I don't want to take apart a brand new motor too much risk . I don't think there is any thing in it i checked behind the back plate and the piston area it looked all good.
Also is 30% fuel good to brake in with ???

30% and a hot plug for break-in, after your ready to tune for performance go to a medium plug. I like the Mc Coys myself,59 for break-in and 8 for normal running.

It works on a per engine basis, some take over a gallon, some take less. You can tell when it's done by pulling the plug, if it is still tight then it's not ready for performance tuning.
