I just purchased two complete X differential set-ups from Nitronutzz on ebay.

They seem really stiff. I know they are brand new and can see they have been shimmed well, but the differential action seems very stiff. Is this a product of a new differential or just a new diff and 4 spider gears? Of course my old diffs were looosey goooosey.
So..should I disassemble, inspect and lube or throw in and run?
On a side note I also have a high speed 3rd gear on the way. Anyone running one of these yet?
