Has anyone tried THESE or THESE? I thought I'd try them, but I want to know if anyone has had any bad exprience with them. I got one set coming, but should I use them or stick with stock ? The stock ring gear has faired pretty well up to now, but the pinion has worn badly because it hasn't been hardened at all.

Yep I run a set in the rear... They came w/ the complete ez access alloy bulkheads. I got every gear, I have about 3 gallons on them so far ... there nice.

The complete bulkhead cost 95 dollars

That's a good recommendation then. What sort of lube do you run in there ? I'm never to sure what gives the best results.

i run high temp wheel bearing grease in the cup and all around the ring and pinion inside the diff case then run a bead of silcone on the alum skid plate to seal out any un-wanted water and such.

I would actually use a silicone diff oil in side the diffs as it will be much better. There are so many different wt's depending weather your bashing or racing or what track your on. If your bashing go stiffer like 50,000wt and if your racing from what ive heard is 10,000wt in front and 2,000-3,000wt rear.

Also like X25 said then tanks some grease and put it on the ring/pinion gears. Ive never put a bead of silcone around the plate but I guess it really wouldn't hurt.

i have seen a great difference when i open the diffs up their is not a bunch of dirt and grit inside the diff case. i think that is part of the reason that i have had not had diff problems latly knock on wood. LOL
