ok so i got that first piece on and then i knowthe Nut/bolt thing goes over it, how tight does tht have to be? i can't get mt socket to grab cuz its not need enough. can i use a wrench? hw tight? does that piece witht he pins need to snug up tight?

You should first have a collet that slides over the crank shaft then it should be the flywheel with shafts pointing away from motor then the flywheel nut which should be snuged tight but don't over tighten it as some have striped the threads or broke the crank in 2. It needs to be tight though.

Use your glow plug wrench for the flywheel nut, it's the same size. Also make sure you degrease the threads on the crank and the nut, then apply a small amount of low strength thread lock before you assemble it.

i got it done last night at my LHS, currently on breakin on new mill now.

raining all day today so prolly have to wait to finish the breakin.
