The mid range needle on my k4.6 has gotten loose. A little over a gallon of nitro has been through it, so me being a noob still, is wondering if this is normal wear n tear or a serious problem. Is there a quick fix or would i have to get a new carb? Ill try and get pics up soon, i just don't have a working digi camera.

Yeah they tend to do that .. I would try and put some Teflon tape on t he threads .. This should help the needle from backing off ..
What I have done in the past is .. GET THIS THREAD LOCK get some red loctite and find the factory setting for the needle and loctite that sucker.. You wont need that needle at all .
P.s use as little as possibe and make sure the threads are clean
