Nebie Q's please help!

Right,i've recently changed my exhaust to a tsias,its the one with the little pipe that fires out the ehaust crud at the rear wheel and suspension,after about 10 minutes use the area is getting really gunky and it causes the rear toe arm to pop off!
So as i nebie,i dodn't know if the engine is tuned wrong
or it needs re tuning as i have changed the exhaust and also fitted a little K&N filter.
Should the rear toe arm pop off,or should i put a washer in to stop this?

Any ideas guys? i'll try and put some pics up later.

far too rich and thus the reason it spews crap all over. Lean it up or buy a Dubro exhaust deflector

k&n filter is garbage, toss it out!!!
buy a motorsaver or kill your engine

Thanks,so silicone tube will deflect the crap away then,and won't melt with the heat of the exhaust?
Can't find a motorsaver on ebay?
