My Savy's changing

Ok guys I decided to spend some money last week. Here are some pics of the parts I ordered. I got the last of them today. I will post pics of the installation if you guys would like.

RPM A-arms and center skid plate

HPI aluminum shocks and oil

Team CRC hub carriers, steering blocks, and upper A-arms. Haven't decided if I am going to use the A-arms yet. Got them real cheap ($9.00 for 2 pair).

Integy shock spring set.

Thanks Moto. Actually just used rattle cans, but took a lot of time for the masking. My next one I will do with my airbrush. Just wanted to get a lid on it so I could do some bashing. LOL

Maskin' stinks eh? My next project will be using liquid mask - we'll see how that works.

Purple isn't to bad, but you only have a couple of colors to choose from.

You could, but all you would be doing is making the savage heavier. :duh: I would suggest using that money you were going to "dump" into the savage and spend it to buy more parts. J/k

Yeah i kind of got two sets, the RPM have uppers and the Team CRC alum. Haven't decided if I am going to use the CRC tops yet, but couldn't pass on the price.

Got the front end done last night. Hopefully get to finish today or tommorrow. Will post pics when I finish. I did notice one thing with the Team CRC steering blocks, they seem to have about 10 to 15 degrees more movement than the stock steering blocks do.

Ok guys here are some pics of the front end. I ran about a half a tank today and broke one of the front upper a-arms in the pics. I slammed the truck into a chunk of concrete i didn't see trying to line up a jump. I hit it at full speed. I haven't taken of pics of the rear yet. It looks pretty much the same. I just finished installing the RPM upper arms on the front.

lol same thing happened to me. put all purple arms on ran for about 30 mins and broke an upper

Where did you get the CRC parts from?

I actually found them on ebay. A guy in New York had them for sale.
