the lrp is going to be broken in and once done its getting sent to pure, its going to be crazy

kool pics & vids bad, that lrp is gonna be bad newz once robin hits it. Get ready to start snappin' dog bones rockout rockout rockout

i know cant wait!!! ill start buying spares now haha.

yea, I don't have a clue what re black stuff was it was on the sleeve and piston

yea could be, did urs have an engraving on the piston? Mine says A1 very light engraving.

Great post, I love the inside of the LRP. If I have to guess I'm with Jester and that being pieces of O-Rings. That sucker will be sick once Pure gets a hold of it.

Also I like the all the green you put on the truck. A bit different from the rest.

thanks guys, yea I'm debating sending the green stuff to a powder coater thats if i can find one, and depending on price.
i might buy a nova head for the lrp while its at pures and send it to the powder coater aswel. any suggestions?

Imo powder coating the nova head is a no go, the silver finish that's polished up looks great in my opinion and to powder coat it won't it retain more heat because of the coating...nixing the advantage of the nova head?

Like I said I might be wrong but hey I like the polisheed look!

yea idk I might keep it to match the macs but then I was also thinking about paintin macs black with high heat engine paint. I called a powder coated here in ct and they said it's a minimum lot charge of $150 witch is no thank you for me haha. Guess I'll have to deal with

Tried that to they had the same thing with the minimum charge thing, it was about $140. ill stick to my high temp engine paint that i can pick up at autozone for 8 bucks. ill buy the nova head, the silver will look a hundred times better then the blue.
going to paint the macs with black engine paint should look good. got a big project on my hands but got plenty of time, we just had a ice storm up here.

just got of the phone with a powder coater. he said 50 bucks for everything, semi gloss black though, guess I'm going to black out my truck. ill get my macs pipe done and the nova race head done, he said the coating is like 2 thousands thick so it wont mess with the cooling, also since its a nova head its going to help cooling so with the coating the worst it would to is make it like a stock head again. the coating is also good for up to 600*
getting all this done.
engine plate
diff plates
all 6 dog bones
4 tie rods
nova head
macs pipe
manifold
and maybe the tvp's
