My 1st Build...

Well it has taken long enough to get to this point, but, I have collected all sorts of parts. I may even use most of them. My goal with all of this was to give some life to a truck I really liked, that I had let sit for over a year. I had grown bored with it untill I came across this forum and sw what couldbe done with my old savy if I put some effort into it.
As for the parts I am using, nothing all of you haven't seen before.

PRC lcg tvp's
PRC mid tank plate
ofna 250cc tank
airtronics servos 94358 for steering 94758 for T/B
maximizer rims 1/2 offset
badlands tires
picco P3 Modded by Robin
end bleed pipe #45
hpi sway bars (when they come in)
a host of XL parts
ofna Ultra Lx One hex hubs
2 speed tranny locked into second (thanks Pope)
and whatever else I am forgetting

hope the pics work. Not much of a start yet but I have made a start.
Thanks for all the inspiration. It is really nice to find a great group of people that share an intrest, and don't mind sharing there knowledge.

You gotta love these pipes..solid, just holding it and you can feel the quality. Very nice craftmanship. If you are on the fence I recommend you JUMP!!!Head first at 1 of these pipes.

It has been quite awhile since I have done anything of note to my truck and to this theard, but here is a bit of what has been going on, and you will see from the pics what is left to do. 1 thing I will mention is that I used the 17mm hex's from a OFNA Ultra LX ONE. The pins a 2.5mm and they fit with no messing around. you do have to do a bit of filing on the back side of the hex and on the spacer of the wide axle, but that only took a total of about 10 mins to get all 4 corners done. Cost for a set of hexs on EBay was only $9.00 total that was with shipping.

I need to say Thank You to alot of people that have helped me to get this truck to this point and you know who U are. To Banks I must give a really bing Thank U, because I was ready to just trash the whole Idea untill he and I spoke on the phone. It was a very enlightning conversation that really did turn my whole additude around at a time when I was just through with trying to build this thing. Pope is another that I must also give a quick shout out to...a pm here a 2 min phone call when it was way past time for bed on his side of the world. It really is cool to have people share the things they know or the parts you need to help out when you are lost. I should name this truck "We are The World".

As for the things I have left to do you can all see that there are no electonics on the truck, that is where I am now. I have a new DX3s, and I gotta get a Battery. I have no clue as to where it should all go but I hope all of you will point me in the right direction. I just know I wanna hide everything. So here is hoping you like what I have done so far.

I will update as soon as I get something done with the electronics.
