Model differences and parts compatibility

I just picked up an original Savage 21 that needs some parts, which are apparently pretty hard to come by nowadays. I've been trying to track down an axle because one of mine is missing, but I can basically only find XL axles from Aliexpress. I imagine they're different, but how different? Would I have to get XL a-arms as well? Or more?

Look on the HPI website and look through the manuals of the different Savage's and see what is interchangeable.

The "XL Axles" are for dog bones with 11mm balls. So changing the Axles you have to change the Dogbones and the Diff Shafts on the front or rear diff - If they are not 11mm but the old 9mm ones.
