Alright, I got my max's from the group buy, they look tough, but i have a question about the assembly. I have one together, and its really springy, cus it doesnt have a hole in it. where should I drill said hole? or should i drill 2?

use a leather punch, and punch 2 holes in each tire (make the holes at opposite end's of eachother)

i use a 1/8" punch

I run 4 1/8 inch holes in my rubber @ 12 3 6 9 o'clock . I get better performance out of the tires.
Ive been running them like this new to this year. So far I like it. I Did it for RPM rims same thing vent tire not rim. Which were junk ....but carried over the holes to all my rims and tires and don't regret it!

I still haven't tried the venting the tires and not the rim thing. I might have to now though BANK. Thanks.

hmm, i never thought of adding extra holes at 3, and 9 o'clock.

i have had good times with 12, and 6 o'clock though.

ill try the 4 corner's method on my next set of tire's and see how it go's.

you are talking about in the sidewall right? i think I'm gonna run them first without holes, then ill take them off and tape them then punch the holes in the tires.

On the inside side wall punch some holes like the others said. I was concerned about ripping a tire but I have been running the maximizers for a long time now with the side wall punched and have not ripped a tire from one of the holes yet.

I thought the holes went down the center of the tread.:duh: Thats the way I have seen it done.

i put mine in the center of the tread.

don't pro-line tire's tell you to do it that way? i thought my masher's said to do that....
