Manual for the High Speed gear set (scanned)

Hi,

I thought I would post a scan of the manual that comes with the new High speed gear set for anyone interested. Here they are. If you notice they claim 15% higher top end with these, I wonder if that's 15% higher from the 10% the 3 speed is supoded to add?
