Mamba monster

My mamba monster low voltage cutoff is too high. I have 5200 batteries and their still at 3.6-3.7v when the esc stops the power. I have to change the setting through castle link and pc. The question is how low can I set the LVC without damaging the cells and getting the most runtime at the same time.

As much as I have read on here and other places, the idea setting is 3.2v.
