WTB Looking for a cheap truck for a buddy

A buddy of mine was all set to buy a Slash so we could go bashing together. Then his wife's car died out of nowhere and they had to buy a new one. No new toys for him for a while. He's a good guy and he's helped me out in the past, so I want to get him something.

Does anybody have an old beater lying around that they'd be willing to part with cheap? It doesn't need to be pretty or particularly fast. It does needs to be electric, since he's clueless with gas motors and I'm not much better. Something durable would be a big plus. I have a few extra TX/RX combos lying around, as well as batteries and a charger. I have a couple of 540 brushed motors and ESCs too, so if you only have a roller, I can get a servo and make it work.

I'd really appreciate it if you guys can help me out with this. Thanks.

all i got is a savage .25 rolling chassis, that needs radio/reciever...

I've got a like new sh .25 engine i got from someone, but idk if its the cooling head attached to it but some kinda air leak...

i know your looking for electric but thought id throw it out there id be willing to part with it for cheap

Thanks, but electric is manditory for this guy. Ended up getting a rustler roller with some good upgrades for $80 shipped. Added an axial 27t can, duratrax ESC, and traxxas RX/TX. Hopefully he has some fun with it.
