Looking at a FLUX HP for sale

hey guys i was looking through our local ad website and i came across a savy flux hp, the dude wants $415 comes with every thing expect packs.. even comes with a castle link.

Here are some pictures (** note he had to make custom pack trays because his packs where to big for the stockers **)
But he includes the stocker trays

So what do you guys think ?
I'm a nub when it comes to BL so what should i look for when i go to look at it ??

Yeah i seen that but ill have to pay shipping .. i think it will be a little more than 15 to Canada..
this way I'm only 15 minutes from this guy and i can see tha flux in person ..
