as I've said before...a runaway feels quite a bit like a heart-attack...if you knowingly don't run with a fail-safe, then you'll get no sympathy from me when yours goes tearing into a brick wall, or as poly mentioned, a small child (although I would feel sorry for the child of course)...your average fail-safe costs less than $20 and installs in seconds...what possible reason could you have not to use one???
