LiPo battery

i just bought a 3s LiPo but there is 1 cell thats about 0.20 higher than the other 2.

is this going to be a problem?

The short answer is yes. You can try balance charging it a few times after depleting the battery (but only to lvc). If that doesn't even them up, then you are on the road to cell failure.

what about charging the individual cells from the balance connector. The wires are very thin from the balance connector so i can charge each cell using only 0.7-1.2 amps.... when the weaker cell is up to 4.2 then i can charge normally....

ive never tried it. every charger ive used has fixed it for me, but then again, ive never had a battery get that out of balance.

try it, but keep and eye on it. we wouldn't want your house to burn down or anything like that 😉
