Anyone have a good site to demonstrate how to make the leads for my new Hyperion charger ? I intend on cutting the wall chargers, but do I just solder the other ends onto banana clips ?

Thanks frddy... I think it's probably best that I just cut up my wall chargers instead of buying them already made 🙂.. But I appreciate the photo

That's an amazing "squid" I might have to pick that up, and just add 2 more leads to it

I don't think the LHS has them where I'm at.. I think that squid is a nice and neat way to keep everything organized.. Thanks Larsen

Contact "chris" from CDelectronics.
He may be able and willing to make exactly whay you need with all the options you desire.

He put one together for me last year and it is working awesome. I don't have pictures, but can vouch for the quality of hiswrok.

Thanks for the suggestion Neohio.. But there does come a time when I have to get my hands dirty and make mistakes, I know chris' work is very good but I think I should start giving stuff a try on my own, was just wondering how people made the leads is all 🙂.. But again, thanks

I just repped you for sayin that bud, thats more than 1/2 the fun of this whole r/c gig.. :jamout:

Here is how I did mine. I got tired of losing the leads.

It has bananna plugs on the charger end, and power poles for the swap end. The power pole connectors all slide together so they stay, and have a hole through them that I slid a 3mm piece of all-thread to keep them together that way everything is in one piece, and its an easy swap.

I ended up making all my leads, except for 1 that I bought.. All in all was very simple to do, just had to be a little patient. I think it costed all of 4 dollars for the banana plugs, and probably a half hour of time to make all of them. Just cut the wall chargers and solder the wires to the banana clips, end of story.
