I just went to ATT U-Verse from Time Warner, because I thought Time Warner was going to implement this faster here in SD, CA. And more bandwidth.

Wow as I don't pay enough for my service already. I am a Comcast user and I think I have felt that "capping" . I don't down load as much As I once did thinking it was my CPU getting slower. But I use file share programs daily.

I quit file sharing, and downloading large files....I'm not to worried about it....if one company is doing it, it won't be long before they all start doing it.

Kinda figured it would happen sooner or later. Technology has become so affordable and easy to use everybody is online these days just eating up the bandwidth. What ever happened to the old days when you had to be smart or have money to get online :duh: LOL
