i cracked my stock engine plate on my XL yesterday and was wondering if these Integy ones were worth it?

FLM is good up to 25 feet. I have broke one.. . WAY stronger than the others mentioned so far.

Go with the FLM engine plate, you will not be dissapointed. I have also broken a FLM plate, but this was after numerous 15+ ft jumps on concrete and even more 15+ft jumps on hard packed dirt. Nothing is indestructable, but FLM parts can take a beating. If you break or bend them, FLM will replace for a fraction of the cost. If you do go with the FLM engine plate, you will need to use button head screws on the right side of the engine going into the engine mount because the plate is thicker and cap head screws will not fit under the tvp brace which will affect your gear mesh.
