integy bell crank systems

Does anyone know if these come with the bearings for top and bottom post or not? can't tell by the pic's and they are vague descriptions on integy's website.

Next question has anyone ever ran one of these? I'am trying to make a good buying decision either i buy one of these and an hd servo spring or i just add bearings to the stock plastic setup and get a hd servo spring as well.
