idiling

I feel like my savage 25 is idiling to high is a way i can tell or adjust it

See that screw at an angle coming off the carb body, that is the idle screw, ccw will lower the idle

Look at C that is your idle adjustment...... your manual details all the settings on your particular you have to look at it sometimes to figure out the basics of tuning.......

Make sure you are ONLY adjusting needle settings when the engine is fully warmed up. Otherwise you are just chasing your tail with the tune.
