Hi,
I was able to get my HS 3rd gears installed.
What I did may not hold long but I just want to try it and see how it works. I haven't run it yet but will try tomarrow. (hope the transmission doesent explode :duh: )
what I did, instead of using these parts (the one pin is messed up but you should reconigize it.
I took an extra pin I had and ground it shorter (next to a good untouched pin) then took an extra grub screw and ground a bit off the end (this is so the pin could be as long as possiable) then put it together using only the 2 ground parts.
Only thing I am worried about, is if the thicker gear still meshes up correctly with the other gears, also if the shortened pin will hold up..
I will let you guys know if it works asap
