how does the hump pack fit in the battery box do you have to move anything. And did you notice that big of a difference when installed i think i will get one

Thanks Dave

idk which model savage your talkin, but it went right into the stock radio box on my savage x rtr. took out the AA's put in the hump-pack, done.

get a 6v pack, you will get more torque & speed out of your servos. i noticed a big difference between the AA batts & hump pack. Great upgrade imo.

I mount mine in the big space closest to the front of the truck. I leave the receiver in the middle part (I don't use reverse module) and the fail safe in the small part near the twisting mount tab thing.

When I first started RC, I used 4 AA's. I immediately noticed a difference when I switched to 6V hump pack. Your servos will become faster and torque-ier. 6V hump packs are what I only run. In my Savage, I'm using this pack I got off of eBay, not a bad investment considering the price. Works fabulously.
