HPI tuned pipe confusion

I installed the hpi tuned pipe (not the ripped for your pleasure one) yesterday and when i took my truck out it seemed to have less power than before...no more wheelies and it took longer to get up to top speed. if i need to make adjustments to the tuning needles which way should i be doing it...more lean or more rich?

you need to re tune for it.
